  	Martitia died at Randolph Hospital after a 13-day stay. Time of death was 7:45pm. Cause of death was kidney failure (lower nephron nephritis) with antecedent causes intestinal obstruction and carcinoma of the stomach. An operation on 5 Jul had revealed gall stone obstruction of small intestines and the carcinoma. Martitia was 79 years old at the time of her death. Dr. Neal Sheffield, son, was the informant.
