  	The date of Elizabeth's birth has been estimated from her death entry in the Malden records that note her age as "68 years" at the time of her death in August 1963. Additional support for this estimate comes from testimony taken at Billerica on 2 April 1680 in the case of Elizabeth Proctor v. Thomas Marrables. Elizabeth Hildreth testified that she was "aged 55" and that she had served as Elizabeth Proctor's midwife.

  	The Chelmsford Town Records note the death of "Elizabeth, widow Richard, Aug 3, 1693".

  	There is a slate grave stone at Bell Rock Cemetery in Malden with the following inscription: Here Lyes Ye Body of Elizabeth Wife to Richard Hildreth Aged 68 Years Died August 3 1693 Why Elizabeth would have been interred at Malden is not understood. And why the inscription on her stone would call her wife, when she was more correctly widow or relict is a further mystery.
