  	And on 16 Jun 1727 Thomas patented 430 additional acres which abutted his previous patent and the property of the Honble. Phillip Ludwell, Esqr.

  	Thomas died some time after 15 Apr 1741, the date on which he signed a Deed of Gift to his son Thomas, transferring to him the ownership of three slaves, 12 leather chairs, 12 pewter dishes and other household items.
