  Between 1718 and 1719 Thomas Wishard and Lewis Conner recorded a property trade (1718) in Norfolk County. Thomas exchanged a Seawell's Point tract, which had come to him from his father & grandfather, for land on the North side of Tanner's Creek. It appears that by 1731, and until 1771, the Tanner's Creek property was in the hands Francis Wishart, Thomas' first cousin once removed.
