  	It is of interest to note that the stipulations of Judith's will coerced her sons Samuel, Thomas & Pasco to release their interest in the estates of their brother, John, and their father, Nicholas, in favor of their brother Joshua. Samuel, Thomas & Pasco, subsequently emigrated from England and settled in Elizabeth City County in the Virginia Colony. Judith's will was proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Lewes before Master Isaac Wright on the oath of Joshua Curle, Executor.
