  	The document appears from its form to be a copy of the original will that would have been filed by Ann Curle as Executrix with the Anglican Church Court of the Diocese of Chester in Lancashire. The only suggestion that this is the will of Andrew Curle, son of Wilson and Priscilla Meade Curle, is the fact that the copy of it was found in the Loose wills of the Elizabeth City County Court. The will was not recorded by the Court. Andrew's will notes that he is a Mariner. He appoints his wife Ann as Executrix. The document was witnessed by John Wilson, Michael Robinson and Samuel Selden.
