Thomas Herbert. Three years later, on 23 Jun 1836, the Elizabeth City County Court certified that Judith was deceased, as were her four children and that her grandchildren Edward Latimer, Jr. and Mary Ann Latimer were entitled to a portion of Capt. Thomas Herbert's estate.
