  Married: The couple was married after 15 April 1673 when the will of Ann's first husband, Lancaster Lovett, was proved and recorded in Lower Norfolk County Court. Proof of this marriage may be found in the 7 October 1691 entry in the Princess Anne County records by which Thomas Lovett acknowledged receipt from his father-in-law [step father] James Kempe for his part of the estate left by his father Lancaster Lovett.
