  NEEDED: Nco E/37 [Thos. Fanshaw et ux to Thomas Tucker}. Married: The couple had married prior to 21 October 1664, when Mary was named in her grandmother Joan Yates' will of that date as "my Granddaughter Mary Fanshaw". Additionally, Thomas Tucker's 22 November 1682 Lower Norfolk County land patent includes a listing of the chain of prior ownership for the property that he has patented, beginning with the 27 September 1665 patent [posthumously] granted to Thomas Horne. The marriage of Mary Horne, daughter of Thomas Horne, to Thomas Fanshaw is stated as part of the chain of ownership.
