• Notes

  Married: The couple was married after 3 May 1727, the date that Francis Thelaball named his wife Abigail as his Executrix, but before 7 May 1729, the date that the Court of Princess Anne County acknowledged Francis Thelaball's estate as "now in the hands of Capt. Anthony Moseley to be divided between himself and the children of the deceased." Moseley's personal receipt of a share of the Thelaball estate, indicates that he had married the relict and widow of the deceased.
